I just finished my first week of couch to 5k. Sadly, I lack the self esteem to go running around my neighborhood so I use my stationary bike. I think it'll have a similar effect on my health, and as I lose more weight ( and gain more esteem) I'll start the actual running, especially if I can con someone else into doing it with me!
So, week one is done, my legs hurt, i'm sweaty, and my bum is killing me. But the burn is loooovely! X_x
well, off to get ready for work! tadela!

ReplyDeleteI totally feel you on the not wanting to run around the neighborhood. I recently started biking and its been a little on and off again for that very reason.
